All About Me Reviews:

"Michelle's book is a winner by any standard--interesting, timely and on target for its young audience. Psychologists have long recognized that low self esteem is at the root of many social problems among our youth from promiscuity to violent crime. ALL ABOUT ME is a highly readable contribution to building self esteem and providing youngsters with a healthy perspective on their place in the world."

All the best ....

Michelle Rossi’s book, brilliantly and sensitively addresses issues that have a tremendous impact of the affective development of preteens. Developing positive self esteem, communication skills, and goal setting strategies have a direct link to academic success. The workbook format makes this a usable guide for parents, counselors, teachers and other professionals who are in the business of helping adolescents on their journey through the middle school years.

With it's genial tone and open-ended questions, 'Getting to Know Me' provides a good way for young people to build self-esteem by learning more about themselves and their strengths and interests. At an age when they're just beginning to come into their own, these exercises will likely give them thoughtful insights about themselves, and in an encouraging and positive fashion

Michelle - I just wanted to stop by to say thank you! The Positive Thinking Workshop you did with my girls was AWESOME! You have such a wonderful way in talking with them - not at them. As you were talking, I was watching their faces. They were totally focused on what you were saying so I'm sure your message was sinking in.

I've talked with a couple of the girls since then and asked them what they thought. Lexie said she thought it was "really good". She especially likes your workbook and has finished most of it already. My daughter said, "Michelle taught us alot about ourselves and made it fun". I then asked what she learned about herself and she replied, "I think her message taught us to stay true to who you are". I think that statement in itself proves just how valuable your workshop really is.

I wish you continued success in all your future endeavors. Keep up the great work!!
